  • Production: Crafted with bronze die plates and dried at low temperatures (between 36°C and 55°C) for 22 hours, preserving the wheat's natural flavors and nutritional qualities.
  • Ingredients: Only two ingredients are used—durum wheat semolina and water—ensuring a pure and authentic taste.
